We will soon be migrating your account from the BBS to the new file delivery system, Universal Content Portal (UCP). In order to prepare for the transition, please take the following steps: Make sure our email address, delivery@amuniversal.com , is whitelisted. Your new login information will be delivered via this address, as well as advisories on an ongoing basis. Send your team’s contact info and current BBS login to ucpclients@amuniversal.com . Designate one email address as the managing account. This account will be able to add other email addresses to your subscription as long as the email domain is the same as the managing account. (e.g.: Joe@mytribune.com can add email addresses with "@mytribune.com" as the domain.) If an email with a different domain needs to be added, just let us know via email or phone call. Await a welcome email from us. This email will contain links to the new login page and a place for each user to change their password. These credentials can be used for both web and FTP access.
